About My Practice
For more than two decades, the work of listening to and helping others has been my passion. I consider this work a privilege, and believe wholeheartedly in its capacity for healing both individually and collectively.
I welcome clients in all stages of life, and specialize in working with people during the perinatal period (infertility, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, and postpartum challenges). My personal and professional ethics shape my anti-oppressive approach, which is rooted in deep respect for, and affirmation of all people. I have worked with and welcome clients of all genders and sexualities, abilities, ethnicities, and backgrounds.
I believe the path to wellness includes both cognitive (thought-based) healing as well as somatic (body-based) healing. Therefore, my approach is holistic and I use multiple approaches including mindfulness, Lifespan Integration, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative (story-based) therapy, and Internal Family Systems, to work with trauma and to address the challenges clients are experiencing in the present.
I look forward to walking alongside you as you make a new path forward.

About Me
I have a Masters of Arts in Counseling from Saint Martin's University, and a varied background in social service, woodworking, and science. I derive joy from being outdoors, being a parent, running and swimming, reading, snuggling with my dog, and using my hands to create things.
